Carriers: UPS, FedEx. A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created.
02Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilised compounds are stable in transit, and every order ships with insulated packaging. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival according to the product's storage specification.
03Free shipping threshold
Express shipping is free on orders over $300. Below the threshold, the rate is calculated at checkout.
04Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive research compounds, opened vials cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails its published specification, contact support@alptide.com within 14 days with the batch number — we replace it or refund it.
